
• Assist in training employees and counting registers, opening and closing store. Conduct intake of product delivery and preceding inventory. Coach employees when managers are not present as appropriate.
• Help customers discover, enable and implement high-value Microsoft technology solutions and services across a broad range of devices that meet their individual needs and exceed their expectations.
• Resolved technical issues and monitored Microsoft Office 365 systems.
• Provide personal training for new and existing customers.
• Maintain an elite level of product knowledge in all Microsoft retail products, devices and services offerings.
• Troubleshoot and customize Microsoft Office 365 applications Word, Excel, One Note, Skype for Business, Outlook, Yammer, Power Point, and Microsoft Access.
Supervise and delegate tasks to Sales Associates in the absence of management.
Follow all opening and closing procedures.
Observe associate performance and provide timely and appropriate feedback to the store management.
Conduct store inventory counts, stock/restock merchandise on shelves and fixtures, and move products from the stock room to the front of the store to ensure that all products in the store are represented, organized, and alphabetized on the selling floor.
Support store management in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrink goals and complete required administrative and operational duties.
Address guest comments or questions in person or on the phone, answering phone calls promptly, courteously, and professionally to ensure every guest receives top-notch guest service.
