- Only go in on Saturdays
- Arriving early in order to make sure the kitchen is in order before guest arrive and before the dinner starts
- Arriving early to make sure the hall itself is in order and that it’s satisfactory to the families liking
- Once the dinner commences, I begin to ask customers what they would like to eat, after this, I then bring them their plates.
