Neonatal Nurse Practitioner in a busy Level 4 NICU. Regional referral center. Care for a variety of NICU patients including those that are ELBW, or suffering from cardiac, respiratory, genetic, surgical trauma, or various encephalopathies. Mentor for new NNPs and NICU RNs. • Managed a caseload of critically ill/extremely low birth weight infants, attendance at high-risk deliveries, extensive experience with UVC/UAC placement and lumbar punctures.

• Managed a caseload of neonates with complex medical issues including congenital diaphragmatic hernia, cardiac anomalies, genetic disorders, pulmonary disease, and prematurity
