  • Escalate Mutilations and NSP’s appropriately depending on the severity. I take photos of the defect and the Vin # to help make it easier for IQT to locate the issue on time to create NC.
  • Train new Light Duty associates on any rework/ support areas and I am able to help cover stations as needed based on headcount for the night.
  • I have also done over time, which consisted of cleaning and preparing the vehicles to be delivered to the customer. As well as drive the Tesla's to different locations based on the daily needs.
