  • AthenaOne super user. Epic Super user. Schedule consults/ referrals ordered by physician. Track referrals and obtain office visit notes from other specialists office. Schedule imaging that is ordered by physician, notify patient of imaging appointment details and instructions. Work daily on the over due work list that contain over due work orders. Notify patient of overdue orders that need completed. Mail letters out to patients with work orders such as labs or imaging with instructions. I managed the coumadin Anticoagulation tracking list. Notifying patients of PT/INR results, giving detailed instructions on dosage change on coumadin and when to repeat lan draw. Calling patients on coumadin tracking list if over due for lan draw, next send letter if unable to contact patient. I also managed the Advantasure BCBS log book. Printed Schedule off weekly and met with Advantagesure representative to go over reporting for the quarterly review. Take and record vital signs, report anything abnormal to the physician, have strong communication skills when speaking with patients regarding test results. Call patients daily on test results created by the providers. Triage telephone calls, schedule appointments, reconcile and refill medications, order testing and labs that are ordered by the physician. Scan and file documents into EHR. Hand out SDOH, PHQ9, GAD7 surveys and document in chart if positive and notify provider. Administer injections as ordered by the physician, perform EKG, administer Nebulizing treatments. Suture removal. I also help train new employees in the office when hired. I am multi trained in all departments in the office. I can work the registration desk, room patients if needed and triage calls on the nurse line.
