Check claims management in HCHB and Workflow i once weekly and work claims as needed. Submit weekly reports for Hospice/Palliative Care Patients. Submit weekly billing reports. Check Medicaid coverage for multiple states. Add Medicaid plan if needed, submit Medicaid information to reviewer to get the auth number for billing. Email branch to verify how room and board is covered if patient stays longer than a five day respite stay. Add private pay plan or Medicaid plan or Medicaid pending plan. Make sure patients demographics and billing information is accurate.
