Andres Aranda

-A large part of the job is taken up of mostly stocking and zoning the automotive and hardware area

-Another large part of the position is writing up customers for services like oil changes and tire repairs/replacements

-I answer questions customers have about oil filters that match to their vehicles and locate available tires that match their tire size

-Most times during the week at closing I help the technicians by storing all the bad/used batteries of the day into the storage area, I also help them with storing the tires we have on the outside of the shop and storing the used tires of the day

-Welcomed customers and helped determine their needs.

-Worked flexible schedule and extra shifts to meet business needs.

-Operated cash register for cash, check, and credit card transactions with great accuracy levels.

-When needed would help with cleaning/taking up the trash at the end of the day

This position was seasonal,I would be cashier during the week for the most part and on the weekends if needed I would help on the sales floor with different tasks.

-At the end of every shift i would also be in charge of cleaning up the front end and helping sweep the store

-I would also assist customers on any hardware purchases I could assist on

-Part of my job was to also address incoming calls to the store and direct them to get them assistance
