• As a loss Prevention Officer, I am responsible for the safety of our resort hotels and its guest. A typical shift includes patrolling resort grounds, assisting with guest lock outs, and evacuation of guest during activation of fire alarms

• Supervised and coordinated tactical methodology used in resolving emergencies and other situations.
• Reviewed fire reports and payroll entries of station officers to verify accuracy and completeness.
• Developed scheduling and coordination of shift staffing levels, changes and activities.
• Performed frequent station inspections and drafted reports and plans for issues of importance.
• Directed work of 25-50 firefighters engaged in extinguishing fires.
• Implemented comprehensive training operations, inspections, and performance evaluations.
• Oversaw scene operations and assigned firefighters to strategic locations.
• Prepared and adjusted schedules to cover demand.
• Conducted periodic firefighter written performance evaluations and completed written recommendations on probationary firefighters.

Provided basic first aid and rendered BLS services in a controlled environment under the supervision of a medical director.

Rotated through all three parks for 2 hour shifts providing services in EMS.

Provided care at two large medical bases for minor injuries or illness.

Transferred care to Fire and EMS services when needed past our scope of practice
