I also assisted customers in troubleshooting common technology issues. Customers went out of their way to personally compliment my attention to detail, and they felt heard. The rental manager only trusted me to detail/clean the rental fleet when the customer needed to borrow one.
  • I was promoted to Express Service Advisor in only three months because of my excellent customer service skills, creating long-lasting customers, strong work ethic, and desire to see the company grow. I effectively transitioned into my new role with ease, quickly learning the fundamentals of service writing and documentation.
