• Driver Staffing: Direct recruitment, background checks, drug testing, and hiring for CDL commercial drivers while enforcing strict safety standards. Currently managing 21 active drivers, and 2 drivers in the process of hiring.
• Office & Dispatch Staff: Hire, train, and manage dispatchers and administrative team members. Currently managing a team of 3 dispatchers.
• Training & SOPs: Establish standard operating procedures (including QuickBooks and Customer Portal workflows) and address performance issues or protocol violations directly.

Operations & Fleet Management

• Amazon Relay Operations: Oversee daily route planning, dispatch, and load execution through Amazon Relay while maintaining strict performance scorecards.
• Crisis Resolution: Resolve operational disruptions such as rejected loads, weather delays, and equipment issues while ensuring DOT and Hours of Service compliance.

• Financial Management: Manage payroll, profit-and-loss accounts, fuel budgets, and company cash flow.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain company licenses, state business renewals, weight-distance permits, and corporate filings to keep the business in good standing.
