As a senior specialist my role in the company was to lead projects performing HVAC controls start-up on new installation. Ontop of leading projects, as I also provide high level support for existing customers as well as entry level technicians.

When leading projects it was my responsibility to keep the project manager informed of progress as well as any road blocks hindering my team's work. It was also my responsibility to make sure my group of techs working on my project had the information and materials needed to complete their given tasks, as well as helping working through any hang-ups they might have had.
