• Possess emergency skills to assess patient's condition and manage basic life support.
• Respond to 911 calls for emergency medical assistance/ Operate and provide emergency transportation for BLS/ALS emergencies.
• FTO responsibilities: provide leadership, clearly communicate expectations of training, instruct trainees on policies of the company, correctly apply concepts learned in class to field training operations, evaluate trainee on their progress.

• Responsible for scheduling, inventory, ordering, quality assurance, labor, delegating tasks for efficiency, troubleshooting malfunctioning attractions/ equipment, customer care/ satisfaction.

• Responsible for strategizing labor, delegate duties, sanitation of all attractions, customer service, supervising designated attractions for trampoline facility, and host for special events.
