Support production testing using automated test equipment and various types of test equipment including multimeters, frequency counters, and spectrum analyzers. Broadly responsible for testing, troubleshooting, repairing and modifying electronic circuits according to engineering instructions and customer specifications. Document and certify testing to military standards using approved acceptance test procedures.
The RF Engineer- Microelectronic actively participates and works on existing oscillator products and technologies related to analog radio frequency and/or low phase noise designs. The engineer will be involved in identifying manufacturing problems and effect solutions for continuous product improvement and/or research component availability dealing with material obsolescence.
Responsibilities include testing and debugging of analog/RF building blocks such as amplifiers, detectors, mixers, couplers and filters as well as some basic layout and circuit designs.
