* Utilized knowledge and skills in troubleshooting to implement quality and effective repairs to ATM's. Working directly with banks like Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Chase, Bank of the West, BMO and CBCV. In conjunction with the appointed project managers, network host, and NCR territory managers in order to resolve chronic issues, new installations and failed installations in a satisfactory manner for all parties involved.

• Developed creative design for commercial print materials, brochures, banners, and signs.
• Created digital image files for use in digital and vectorized printing methods.
• Meet with customers to present mockups and collect information for adjustments.

• Performed troubleshooting to correct computer hardware and software malfunctions.
• Performed installation, maintenance and repair for complex internal computer hardware and various software applications.
• Utilize tools like multimeter variable power supply ac/dc and oscilloscope.
• Used diagnostic tools to identify hardware failures and replace non-functional components.
