  • Designed and established a comprehensive Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) training program from inception to execution within a startup environment. Partnered with 3PL for OSHA recognized Hazmat certifications for all critical roles involved in the Hazmat process.
  • Implemented Amazon FBA Best Practices resulting in Oceanside's Amazon Seller Central (ASC) error defect rate of 0.20% improved to 0% in 19/21 categories on an acceptable threshold of 0.26% within the first 3 months after onboarding.
  • Established a KPI tracker that created the ability to trace defects back to an employee for the first time in Oceanside history and allow for targeted quality coaching feedback. This was the primary driver for achieving a higher contribution margin of 17% (Mar – May 2023) versus the 2–month period (Jan – Feb 2023) prior to start of employment.
  • Developed high-performing teams through strategic recruitment, training, and performance management efforts. Led cross-functional teams to coordinate logistics activities across multiple sites both domestic and international, collaborating with procurement, warehousing, accounting, brand management and customer service departments to optimize inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and meet customer demand resulting in ending the 2023 year with a $7 million increase in revenue versus the 2022 year.

  • As SAFETY POC, spearheaded a project to reduce slip, trip, fall hazards primarily revolving around dock load strap safety. With COST in mind, created a partnership between ship dock and receive dock across all shifts eliminating the unnecessary destruction and monthly ordering of load straps saving OXR1 $537,600. OXR1 site clinched COST PILLAR for PRIME 2022 in entire Amazon FC network as a direct result.
  • Proven Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Inbound departments during short term assignments for Amazon's GRR1, PSP1, LGB7, and BFL1 sites leading up to PEAK 2021. Renovated and implemented a STOW MIX TOOL capable of tracking freight mix and display ETI rates by robotic service platform & floor sides allowing for improved manipulation of workflow sortation by dock leadership.
  • Launched site as tester and partnered with launch engineer team to deep dive root causation for equipment not deployed and faulty equipment. Utilized Lean Six Sigma principles to identify and eliminate waste prior to OXR1 site's Day 1 launch.
  • Created onboarding plan for Inbound Department's Process Assistants (PA) across all shifts. Aligned with hiring and developing the best, utilized plan to train Process Guides including the continuous development of a quality team, stow coaches, and RSP floor PGs fully capable of performing deep dives and removing barriers when manager is unavailable resulting in (8) entry level associates promoted to PA in Q2 2022.

  • Track smalls to mediums inventory mix percentage for associates to balance floors and mix between stowers. Provide coaching for indirects when mix deviates outside the norm.
  • Coordinate with fellow Leadership, Process Guides and Process Assistants on staffing and consolidating to achieve maximum productivity and maintain staffing ratios.
  • Led multiple floors of 32 – 125 associates and a team of indirects to ensure customer orders were stowed within the required time frame.
