  • Was responsible for the training of 18 other sailors in apprentice/journeyman qualifications along with tracking and updating of each sailor’s training record.
  • As a shift lead in the Navy, had to manage and assign all daily tasks/gripes. And as a Collateral Duty Inspector had to ensure all work on the aircraft was done correctly, safely, and in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for the troubleshooting and fixing of over 1000+ discrepancies affecting the aircraft’s weapon systems. Resulting in the saving of over 20 aircraft missions.
  • Ran ordnance system checks for faults in the aircraft’s computer system. Required to find/trace the fault’s source and hastily fix any discrepancies.
  • Entrusted as a junior personnel with the title of “Team Leader”, and led a group of sailors through a vigorous series of inspections called the “Conventional Weapons Technical Proficiency Inspection”, ultimately leading to a score of 670 of 700. Awarded the “Navy/Marine Corps Achievement Medal” for outstanding efforts.
  • Given title of “Quality Assurance Safety Observer”, and entrusted with ensuring every ordnance member of a loading/downloading evolution was doing their job safely and proficiently.
