Handled all claims up to $10,000.00 and coordinated claim adjudication through our dedicated third party adjuster for those exceeding $10,000.00. Reviewed all proofs of loss and ensured timely reimbursement to agencies for covered losses. Assisted with subrogation recoveries, restitution orders as well as collection of all claim records in the Risk Management Information System.
