Serving as a subject matter expert, PPCT Threat Pattern Recognition Use of Force (Defensive Tactics) Instructor Trainer I strive to provide highly effective training to instructors throughout the State.

Since 2013, served on Special Teams, taking on roles such as team leader on ERT and Operator for CDOC SORT and currently moving into the Alpha Squad Leader Role. These experiences have enhanced leadership skills, enabling alignment of collective directions, execution of strategic plans, and ensuring the safety of the State of Colorado.
