- (Expectations And Role For My Position) - For my position we are carefully selected for the following qualities; leadership, guest communication, patience and a role model for the team. In my role of work I was expected to lead our team through many challenges. That could be from being able to join/help our team if short handed, motivate our team and remind them that there work is dearly appreciated and to be able to control the flow of work in order to not over exhausted our team in order to be able to ensure high quality service. We are encouraged to refer our patrons as guests to have a welcoming and friendly atmosphere and to build appropriate relationships with our guest to encourage them to return to our great and welcoming services. One important trait I believe that is very important in a work place is patience. Patience helps provide a demeanor that is attractive to guest and staff alike. It shows that one is approachable were guest and staff are able to communicate with one without feeling pressured or intimidated.
- (Trained In Handling Documents And Paper Work) - Another skill I was able to obtain while working with the company was being able to handle selective and sensitive documents within my workplace. It falls under sales reports, deposits, work related incidents and achievements/rewards for our staff I was expected to appropriately handle these documents on Microsoft Outlook. I was expected to fulfill and submit these documents in a timely and organized order.
- (Flexibility) - My work hours are flexible throughout the week I im able to work weekdays and weekends, mornings and nights alike. I do attend college, which might change my scheduled throughout the semester but I am willingly able to work around my school time schedule.

- (Expectations And Role For My Position) - While working in this field of work. I worked for a charter school in Echo Park as a school server. My role was to provide students in the elementary grade level their daily breakfast and lunches. I was tasked to prepare certain meal for the students and even document weekly our inventory and our weekly consumptions. As to working in a school I was also expected to be patient and provide a friendly and approachable manner to the students.
- (Trained To Work In A Timed Work Environment) - I was expected to be able to work in a quick and timely manner as different grade levels ate in different rotation within an hour so I was expected to prepare at least 30 plates, 3 times within 15-20min .
- Communicated effectively with kitchen staff regarding customer allergies or special requests.

- I regularly attend the gym I try to go 4 times a week, preferably in the morning, its something that I do happily enjoy. I do take pride in maintaining a healthy life style i do meal preps and watch carefully what i do consume. I also do enjoy hike on the weekends with my friends and significant other.
- Another hobby that I do enjoy at home is gardening. In my childhood home where i still reside in my family maintains a small garden and several fruit tree. Falling between oranges, limas, apples and pomegranates.
