Create layout options for plant moves and process changes / additions using AutoCAD

Read and interpret part and equipment drawings
Set up and lead meetings to discuss project statuses
Interpret company policies and standards to subordinates
Give direction and assign work to subordinates
Issue Corrective Action to subordinates as necessary
Ensure safe work environment by enforcing company policy and 5S
Interview candidates for hire / Promote within company
Manage payroll system AOD for subordinates
Work with outside companies for creation and quotation of new equipment
