• Implement up-selling strategies, encompassing recommendation of products and services further designed to better the clients financial situation holistically.
• Worked with sales team to collaboratively reach targets, consistently meeting or exceeding personal quotas.

Handled inbound calls, emails and online chat correspondences with customers regarding any of the products/services needed or purchased on the Vistaprint website. While employed, all key performance indexes were met and exceeded.

• My main function was the sales of the banks credit products as well as maintaining and developing new business relationships. Prior to being a loans officer I was a teller and also a service representative at the bank.

• Payment collection, account settlement and the handling of discrepancies was also apart of my responsibilities.

• Handled the lodgement and recording of import documents submitted by custom brokers.
• Handled cashier responsibilities and assisted with end of day activities such as the accounts and record updating.
• Handled IT activities such as troubleshooting and updates.
