Roles and Responsibilities as Avionics Manager at Trimec Aviation


  • Hiring and managing under-qualified technicians with little experience, and training them to become experts in the position.
  • Chief engineer tasked with the management of the creation of all data in support of modifications
  • Oversite and on-site assistance with all installations
  • Filling in for lack of experience in all areas. Structural, electrical, troubleshooting, assistance with interior, and unrelated maintenance to ensure on schedule delivery.
  • Inspection and RTS capabilities under the repair station.
  • Primary Trimec contact for pilot support in for in-flight troubleshooting and training.
  • Installation planning: (required scheduling, working with vendors and other parties, contractors, travel)
