Worked directly with customers to help make purchases and returns. It is also my responsibility to assist customers with any issues or questions regarding the company's membership system as well as handle any physical profit the company made. Every day I count all of the bills that the company made that day, log it, package it and sent it to the bank. Along with this I also help receive money from the bank and recirculate it in our system.
I worked part time at the student led recycling center on the campus of CSU Long Beach. There, I interacted with a variety of different kinds of people, helping them to sort their recycling they’ve collected and use the California Cash Refund system to pay them back for the taxes they spent. Along with paying them for the recycling they brought in we also taught people about the recycling process and the various benefits it provides, creating a strong bond between the recycling center and the community around it. Unfortunately the recycling center was closed due to COVID-19 and the school decided to shut the center down indefinitely.
Every week, I volunteered at my church
I assembled the sound system equipment, operated it during the service, and disassembled it when the service was over
During the service if there are any issues with the sound it was my responsibility to figure out what the problem was and fix it
Whenever I return to my hometown I continue to volunteer.
