Andrew was reached to lead Ohio Department of Education as Superintendent for a Day on February 20, 2019. Highly motivated and passionate advocate for Deaf Ohioans with a strong commitment to education. Demonstrated leadership as a student at the Ohio School for the Deaf, contributing to the passage of legislation for Ohio Deaf History Month. Served as ceremonial state superintendent for a day at the Ohio Department of Education, gaining valuable experience in education policy and administration.
