Tested and provided feedback on new and unreleased features of the app. Looked at user analytics to get users to start using and keep using the product. Participated in focus groups to discuss product development and company growth.

Worked alongside many different departments within the course to ensure the best customer experience possible. Tasked with setting up, tearing down, and overseeing various events while also being the front line of customer service for the company.

Gained experience filling various orders, ensuring cleanliness of the products, and delivering them to the customer. Learned to work under a deadline and to minimize errors.

Ensured customer satisfaction by being a front line customer service representative. Worked with various departments later in the season while helping close the course down for the Winter.

Mowed lawns and provided additional landscaping services for multiple houses in my neighborhood.
