I started Agilent Technologies in February 2014 and was hired into the Small turning area. Since then, I've onboarded much of the new equipment in the small turning area and trained many people. Lately I've been working as the lead machinist at the Index G200. I've made broad contributions in the areas of organization, productivity, training and safety.

Acquainted with the basics of CNC operation, and began setups and programming on CNC lathes. Started apprenticeship through the NTMA apprenticeship program.
2002-2006
Learned advanced machining and programming and started having a share in managing the lathe department including scheduling jobs and managing cutting tool inventory. Made many improvements to the organizational practices of my area, increasing productivity and streamlining processes. Added CAD/CAM experience and CMM programming and operation. Apprenticeship completed.
2006-2013
Advancement of lathe programming, along with added experience in dual spindle lathe setup and programming(Index), and 3-axis milling machine setup and programming. During these years with the company my role emerged as a lead figure in the turning department and I was ultimately held accountable for much of the technical responsibilities along with many administrative duties.
