- Created and lead the only 32-person EUCOM/AFRICOM Expeditionary Mine Countermeasures Company comprised of Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Operators, unmanned systems technicians, and communications specialists.
- Served as direct tactical liaison to key US partners in the Black Sea.
- Developed new tactics, techniques, and procedures for integrating existing unmanned systems into the mine countermeasure kill chain to include: DIVE LD, REMUS 100/300/600 systems, SEASAT ASVs, and VideoRay Defender ROV.
- Operational experience leading tactical operations centers with the following communication systems: MPU5, ATAK, PRQ-163/152A/117G/160, MUOS, Navy Ship-to-Ship.
