I am the sole phlebotomist for the emergency room at MMC. It is my responsibility to obtain quality specimens, mainly blood, promptly to ensure patients get the highest quality of care and fastest results.
As a lead, I am also tasked with training new employees on the proper standard of work for all aspects of the job.
