I am passionate about playing, learning, and teaching music. I started playing guitar when I was 9 years old, teaching myself how to play songs. Most of my skills are self taught and learned through pure determination. I know about all the struggles that come with learning an instrument; how frustrating it can be and how rewarding it can become. I love music and I want to pass that onto anyone who wants to learn about it. My goal is to work with students through the difficulty of learning music and help them discover real progress, give them encouragement and teach them something they can go home with and be proud to show off.
During my 3+ years working here I had many roles and was able to help wherever I was needed to ensure maximum efficiency in the hotels day to day runnings.
For the first year I was working In-Room Dining, answering phones to take guests' orders, working with the kitchen staff to get the meal together, and bringing the meal to the guests' rooms. While engaging with the guest I would also be gathering information about their stay and addressing any other concerns they had.
During my last year of employment I was working in shipping and receiving where I would accept mail and packages for the hotel, log in everything I received into our records, then put inventory into its proper place. I was also working with managers in the F,B department to order food and supplies the hotel needed.
