• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, facilities, and equipment to identify and resolve issues.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Respond promptly to tenant service requests and emergency maintenance issues.
• Monitor and maintain landscaping, irrigation systems.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and larger projects.
• Keep accurate maintenance logs, inventory of supplies, and tools.
• Ensure compliance with property management policies, building codes, and OSHA regulations.
• Assist with unit turnovers, including cleaning, repairs, and installations between tenant occupancies.
