Student Council Sponsor: 2023 - Present

  • Led a student organization that was responsible for raising $639,372.97 over a three year period for local OKC Metro area nonprofit organizations.
  • Assist in the development of student leaders; over 25students that are currently enrolled in Ivy League Institutions and/or a part of leadership organization at their universities.
  • Worked with local community members and organizations through philanthropy and other leadership opportunities.

Social Studies Department Chair: 2024 - Present

  • Led a department of 20 individuals in content meetings, site and district expectations meetings, mentorship, and other leadership opportunities.
  • Able to retain all individuals in department excluding two teachers amidst a national teacher shortage (one works for another site within district & one retirement).
  • Successfully able to train 100% of department on Mastery Connect.

Safe and Civil Schools Foundations Committee Chair: May 2025 - Present

  • Served as a member throughout the course of the 2024-2025 school year
  • Recreated a new acknowledgment matrix for our students and staff and developed a new acknowledgment system titled, PACK Tickets, to acknowledge students who have been representing our core values at our site.
  • Worked as a member to introduce a new initiative called "START on TIME" to address chronic tardiness at Santa Fe. Data had shown a nearly 18% decrease in student tardiness compared to the 2023-2024 school year's data.

  • Met monthly with peers to help address safety concerns at Santa Fe.
