Lead integration of EM and MC-CBRN support down to installation level, across AFGSC, and with joint, federal, and civilian first responders and first receivers.
Analyze CCMD strategy related to EM and MC-CBRN and translate into overall AFGSC medical capability requirements.
Develop and sustain MC-CBRN capabilities through application of in-depth knowledge and understanding of CBRN agent characteristics, threats, evaluation of fielded CBRN assets, and AF operational concepts.
Responsible for all requirements related to the AF Home Station Medical Response (HSMR) for MC-CBRN development, sustainment, and work to resolve problems/issues that affect CCDRs, Air Component Commanders, MAJCOMs, installation EM and MC-CBRN passive defense capabilities.
Develop/review plans and TTPs and provide technical expertise for medical first responder/first receiver, readiness, consequence management, EM, and CBRN issues in support of home station medical CBRN response, consequence management, and OCO missions.
Serves as program manager for MC-CBRN programs resolving problems/issues which impact AFGSC and eight subordinate installations and supported units.
