In my Quality Tech role I:

• Testing Pex pipe after production.
• Upload all test results to Sharepoint for record retention.
• Compile study results on Excel and turn them into easy to read tables and graphs.
• Communicate bad/failing results to leads and upper management using not only verbal communication but also by using Outlook/Teams.
• Work along with internal and external sources to find solutions to problems that come up in lab and/or the shop floor.
• Work and 25/75 split of 25 percent in lab at desk compiling and filing result and 75 percent on floor doing other task such as testing and checking materials.
• Typing up work instructions and Quality alerts using Word and Excel.

In the distribution center I:

• Pulled orders in every department.
• Was a forklift operator.
• Apart of the move team when we changed Warehouses.
• Work in Receiving with SAP to receive truck in and also label and put away product.
• Was the first operator to learn the 4D lift to assist with crates.
• Worked in shipping labeling and loading trucks.
• Was the backup lead for the Lowe's department for 1 1/2 Years
• Using Outlook to schedule truck pickups for the Lowe's department

• Stocked shelves efficiently to maintain organized merchandise displays.
• Collaborated with team members to optimize product placement and visibility.
• Assisted customers in locating products, enhancing overall shopping experience.
• Implemented safety protocols during stocking procedures to minimize hazards.
• Trained new staff on proper stocking techniques and store policies.
• Rotated stock correctly to prevent out-of-date products and removed aging items from main shelving to build special promotional displays.
• Collaborated with team members to maintain well-stocked shelves during peak shopping hours for optimal customer experience.
