Responsible for all operations of the NEPSAC Class B Small Girls' Basketball Program and teaching 9th and 10th Grade English Classes. This includes all recruiting operations for Varsity and Junior Varsity Teams.

• Traveling and evaluating talent at basketball events (in person and virtually) and speaking to parents and student-athletes. Use technology to recruit internationally.
• Scheduling phone and video calls with prospective student-athletes throughout the recruiting process.

Key Outcomes

• Currently have six signed student-athletes for the upcoming school year with a number of prospects still being actively recruited.
• Projected current roster of 14 would exceed the roster size we had for the prior season.

Served as Interim Acting Head Women's Basketball Coach (2023), First Assistant Women's Basketball Coach/Recruiting Coordinator (2021-2023), Second Assistant Women's Basketball Coach (2020-2021), and Third Assistant Women's Basketball Coach (2018-2020).

• As recruiting coordinator, I oversaw recruiting responsibilities for the entire staff with the guidance of the head coach,
• Scheduled recruiting travel for all staff members, identifying top prospects through regular staff meetings, and procuring game schedules so we could evaluate them.
• Utilized Jump Forward software to track recruit communications and process all NCAA Compliance forms.
• Traveled across the country to identify and evaluate student-athletes. Used technology to recruit internationally.
• Scheduled phone calls and video calls with prospective student-athletes throughout the recruitment process.
• Sustained regular impactful communication with our Admission Liaison and Residential Life to aid in the Admissions process.
• Conducted full scale campus visits (Official and Unofficial) both in-person and virtually with prospects and parents.

• Was able to maintain complete 15-person roster when coaching staff was transitioning from one head coach to another.
• Recruited effectively globally including signing the 16th ranked prospect from the state of Wisconsin (Brooke Lechleitner).

• The Class of 2018 helped set the record for wins for the program at the NCAA level for the 2018-2019 Season.

• Managed all recruiting operations including budget, and event travel schedule for entire staff.
• Effectively recruited regionally and nationally, creating a larger talent pool of prospects.
• Utilized Front Rush software to track all recruiting communications and submit NCAA Compliance paperwork.
• Oversaw entire program budget which included team travel, equipment, officials, and recruiting.
• Maintained regular contact with alumnae through quarterly newsletters, and emails.
• As Admissions Liaison, I facilitated communication between Athletics and Admissions. This included obtaining regular updates from all head coaches concerning their top recruits and passing that information to Admissions.
• Assisted with the scheduling of campus vasts through Admissions )both Official and Unofficial).
• When necessary, conducted Unofficial Campus Visits complete with campus tour and meeting with current players.
• Managed all social media accounts and utilized them to bolster recruiting efforts.

Key Outcomes

• My recruiting class of 2016 ended the nation's longest losing streak in the history of NCAA Women's Basketball.
• Two student-athletes from my 2016 class were named to the USA South All-Academic Team (Aayana Nedd, Nicole Blackburn).
