  • Client – (PRO BEAR SOLUTIONS , ANN ARBOR, MI) – 10/24 to 11/24 Developed bearing proposal for client customer based in Italy for railway industry.
  • Client – (Johnson Controls, Holland, MI) Otterbase – 11/15 to 10/31/16 Responsibilities include the PM of System Software Application separation for the entire JCI enterprise to facilitate the spin-off of the ~ $20B Automotive Business Unit into its own separate business entity by the end of fiscal 2016. The scope of this project requires the development and execution of a program plan to separate hundreds of software applications (both commercial and In-House) spread across 200+ manufacturing facilities worldwide and migrate them into new servers, updated licensing, new company logos, etc. Project was tracked through Clarity and MS Project.
  • Client – (BAE Systems, Sterling Heights, MI) Advantage Resources – 7/15 to 9/15 Contract Program Manager II with the BAE Systems/Lockheed Martin JLTV Team through Advantage Resourcing to manage cost, scope and schedule for the BAE scope portion of the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV) program launch to Lockheed Martin.
  • Client – (GE Aviation, Grand Rapids, MI) Randstad Technologies – 6/14 to 4/15 Working with Boeing/GE-Aviation through Randstad as an Engineering Project Manager for Embedded ADA Software Development on various aspects of the Flight Management System (FMS) on the Air Force KC-46 Tanker Program specifically related to the Flight Management System (FMS). Responsible for managing teams on multiple TM & FFP contract projects from initial bid/proposal through project completion utilizing Earned Value Management, standard project management methodologies and compliance to DO-178B & DO-254 requirements.
  • Client – (AM General, Livonia, MI) CBT Workshop – 01/13 to 04/13 Aided in development/implementation of a PMO office using an (EVMS) Earned Value Project Management System for the first phase of the current JLTV BRVO contract for the Department of Defense – 22 vehicles ~$60M EVMS Project
