Managed the Cervesa Programs which pertained to CLS, QRC2, QRC4, P915, and Engineering Services. Created MIDAS to load demand for independent & dependent requirements. Pulled weekly ITD reports to ensure pegging and financials were being captured accordingly. Reviewed weekly on the financial budget for CLS to ensure we are meeting our monthly goal. Led weekly PPRs for OPS on the status and led daily meetings with Engineering and Factory Teams to make sure our systems were moving daily to meet our contractual obligations.

Gatekeeper and the Material Administrator for all of plant 3100 on the RIS Material Master Team. I had to review data daily in PDM, eCIMS, the UCC assist tool, IPASS, and the Buyer Cross Reference link to make sure the material number had the appropriate fit, form, and function on the ZMR. Daily I update multiple offline change requests from various programs regarding different fields on the material number. Worked on a big project for EOI Richardson on getting Prism/Apex/CMES integrated at their site from April 2021 to Feb. 2022. Trained multiple requestors in class on what a material number is and the processes for when creating, changing, or extending a material number through the ZMR transaction. As the Lead for the Material Master Team in Texas, supported EOI for After Go-Live Hypercare onsite.

Repair Coordinator for the LWS programs (HTI/CITV, ITSS, KEOTS, HIRE II, FEP, AIDATS, and MFRFS), while still managing the Scrap Room. I manage the product to be inducted and process it through the factory to be shipped out. I have to interface daily with the operators on the factory floor, front-line leaders, program ops, engineering, production control, IMAS, and pack ship.

Depot Controller for the MTS/AMR/LWS programs inside the Depot Wip Room. Responsible for communicating and executing "F" condition material to be processed for completions in the factory and in the field. Manage all MTS program CCAs priorities throughout the factory and all functional groups. And was the Depot Scrap Manager for the Scrap Room and coordinated with the MTS, ATFLIR, LWS, and AMR programs for Quality Inspection. Decreased inventory by standardizing a new process for the Scrap Room. Performed Internal Inventory Audits and continued to process project improvements within the Depot Area. Decreased cycle time by getting rid of creating Quality Notifications. Decreased cycle time by understanding which programs need DCMA Inspection.

Led a triple role within production control, being a master planner, demand controller, and operations management at the same time. Completed high-volume requirements for TWS in spares and sights for multiple years. I was successful in completing all requirements on time without any contract delinquents. Was the Team Ops lead twice when the international customer came in for three weeks for inspection buy off on the second shift, as I gave a daily status of the WIP to the Leadership Team regarding completions fallouts from inspection and testing. Created B.O.M.s and the Demand requirements that were needed for each program.
