With my profession, I have been identified as an effective communicator ensuring customer service and professionalism are upheld and placed at the forefront of my daily interactions. Indicative of this endeavor is the reception throughout my resort career, having been recognized for my dedication to these ideals, over 38 separate times from coworkers and community members alike. 

 Specific to report writing,  I have been recognized for my attention to detail by my employer , invited to support others in expanding their report writing skills to ensure completeness, accuracy and transparency.

Apart of my role as a Community Service Officer for the City of Pomona, I was considered for and attained the position as a permanent Civilian Dispatch Call Taker , having shown the necessary skills required to answer and address community based questions in a professional and problem solving manner.
