Then promoted to Production Department Manager and scheduler. I worked closely with clients, sales staff, and the installation team to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal performance during the entire installation process on high-end custom homes. Also in charge of material ordering for dozens of custom jobs. Oversaw more than 25 employees. I wore so many hats, it's hard to list. Started when the company was a small, family-owned business with one location and 10 employees. Left 25 years later, with 12 locations and well over 100 employees.
