- Led a team of 12 camp counselors that oversaw 40-60 kids weekly ages 5-15
- oversaw daily operations such as: unloading and setting up a trailer full of equipment on the beach, constantly finding necessary duties and delegating them to counselors to ensure the safety of the children, quickly responding to and solving any problems that occurred, and handling customer relations regarding issues and concerns of parents.
