As Director of Design, my role was an amalgamation of my years in high end design and leadership experience and creative freedom. As director, I conceptualized, implemented and oversaw all design decisions as they relate to the museum, extending from interiors through exhibitions, graphic design and construction/ post lockdown integration. Achievements include:

• Worked with the director to conceptualize, design and executed the largest exhibition to date for the Museum.
• Developed drawing/ document standards for all design related arenas to streamline internal concept ideation and communication.
• Collaborated with retail as well as food and beverage departments within the museum to implement universal design strategies to increase net profit in other sectors of the MoSex business.
• Created new and beneficial relationships with design teams of surrounding museum establishments for current and future collaborative exhibits.
• Built a diverse and talented design team, recruiting top talent from various backgrounds to bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to projects.

A managerial role that oversaw the concept development, design/space planning and execution (both in time and budget) of high end residential and commercial projects in the borough of Manhattan. Achievements include:

• Established new and beneficial relationships with The NYC Department of Buildings.
• Implemented anthropometric data and research to develop successful designs in the demanding NYC spatial settings.
• Converted all past client floorplans into digital files for future reference and professional records.
• Maintained all active projects on or ahead of schedule.

A leadership position in which I oversaw several designers and educated team members for implementation of the company's design ethos in a new construction 40k sq ft. facility. Achievements include:

• Hired and built the core design team of 8 designers.
• Maintained 50% or higher of gallery profits.
• Maintained consistent business to keep Tampa location in the top 10 of the company nationwide.
• Space planned the 40,000sqft facility to bring in optimal profits through researched space planning.
