I've managed a staff of up to 12 over my academic career in event planning for the music department which is still in itself still growing alongside the students. I believe the is a telltale to the adaptability required to work in an environment that is constantly evolving. In productions of over 100 people it is of utmost importance to have a knack for attention to detail, which has caused me to be hyper focused on the optimal nature of my actions.

Starting off as just a regular student then quickly taking leadership for the commerical music program under the guidance of our amazing professors and student workers, has been the most valuable experience in teaching the value of determination and passion in one's ability to complete a task soley because of the one's own capability to perfect it. Alongside that critical thinking and interpersonal skills play in equal hand in one's success, and I have always felt extremely confident in working with other people, strangers, and even children in public events.
