I have an well rounded construction knowledge. As well as a great experiance in all aspects of construction. I am a people person. I do not use drugs or drink. I am a Jehovahs Witness, and conduct my self in Christian like manner at all times. I belive in positive reinforcement, although some times a strong reprimand is called for. I believe that all jobs and all the people I work with deserve the very best Ihave to offer. I have developed the habit of staying till the days work is accomplished! Even if it requires me to work later into the night to complete the job. I also work hard at all jobs from digging a ditch Etc.. until job completion.
