- Programmed CNC machines using G-code and CAD and CAM software.
- Some experience in the mathematical decisions in grind thickness determinations to reach the required radio frequencies.
- Performed numerous operations across a wide variety of programs, as well as multiple types of material.
- Performed the lamination, fabrication, and brief experience with painting of thirteen different programs, supplying parts for six different companies.

- Training of multiple personnel, ranging from assemblers, CNC operators, inspectors, supervisors, and engineers.
- Worked heavily with engineering and management to implement countless improvements, consisting of process, tooling, and training changes, to in some cases almost double the production rate while mitigating the risks of mistakes and significantly lowering non-conformance issues.
- Currently working with the C-130 program, I have done nearly all the training for the fabricators and spent much time with engineers and management, teaching the team better ways to build, engineer, and manage the processes, with very high success, completely turning the program around.
- Multiple FAI performances done for process changes, tooling upgrades, and customer requirement changes.
