As the Dry Room Lead specifically in the Trim Room my role is to ensure that all necessary SKUs are filled according to the production plan and following FIFO to maintain product quality. Evaluating our inventory and taking the necessary processing steps to reach the final state of the product, with attention to efficiency, quality, and timeliness.
