I’m a hands-on and motivated professional with experience as a Cook’s Assistant at Hanamaru Sushi, where I learned the ins and outs of fast-paced kitchen work. From prepping ingredients to keeping the workspace organized, I take pride in helping the team stay efficient and on track. I enjoy problem-solving on the spot, managing time wisely, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Most of all, I’m passionate about great food, quality service, and working together to create a welcoming and safe dining experience.
