• A Service Coordinator at Discount Tire is a customer-facing role focused on scheduling, coordinating, and managing service appointments, ensuring efficient service delivery, and customer satisfaction. We would also manage a team of technicians, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and promote Discount Tire's services.

Scheduling and coordination:

Managing service appointments, ensuring timely, and efficient delivery of services.

Customer interaction:

Addressing customer inquiries, handling complaints, and providing updates on service status.

May supervise technicians, ensuring they are properly staffed and equipped to handle service requests.

Maintaining accurate records of service requests, work orders, and customer interactions.

Promotion and Sales:

It was also part of our responsibility to help promote and sell Discount Tire's services and products, tires, and related services.

Through this I developed customer service skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organizational and time management skills, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
