Here. learning is continuous-from handling delicate personal cases and addressing worker efficiency, performance, and task capability, to overcoming external challenges related to materials and their derivatives. In conclusion, I may not have as many years of experience as some, but I possess the spark this place needs: leadership. I am a natural-born leader, tired of following directives from people I don't see up. I earn respect when people see that the work it's done how it's supposed to and it's the priority. I know this isn't even my full potential; I want this position as a stepping stone to something more significant because I have immense drive, and I'm tired of the world telling me no.
