I am currently employed at the West Saint Paul Lowe’s, where I have progressively advanced through several roles since the start of my career. I began as a Customer Service Associate, transitioned to Online Order Picking, and was later promoted to Fulfillment Lead. In that leadership role, I was responsible for managing past and current order selections, contacting customers regarding overdue orders, verifying customer satisfaction, and handling fraud prevention. I have continued to grow within the company and now serve as an Appliance Sales Representative. In this role, I utilize in-depth vendor knowledge and product expertise to assist customers and provide informed guidance on a wide range of appliance brands.
