Responsible for ordering, inventory, and ensuring sales go smoothly with no product going to waste. Also ensuring that all members are aware of what they are best at, and letting them grow in their strengths so that they can move up or go to other departments if they choose to.

Also responsible for putting product out, ensuring product is fresh and safe to eat, and getting rid of anything that should be thrown out.

• Responsible for ensuring team members were doing their tasks correctly, training them in whatever they needed help with, and ensuring that no problems would arise at work or outside of work
• Helped team members with schedules in whatever way they needed, found their strengths and weaknesses and assisted with their growth
• Managed conflict resolution among team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Scheduling, ordering, inventory and sales were part of the responsibility should the manager or assistant not be capable to do so
