Effect of Aging on Fluvoxamine Pharmacokinetics and Evaluation of the Interaction of Fluvoxamine with Tizanidine using PBPK Modeling 

  • Applied physiology based pharmacokinetic modeling in GastroPlus to study the effect of aging on fluvoxamine pharmacokinetics and evaluated its drug-drug interaction with tizanidine.
  • Obtained literature data and created a fluvoxamine models in different populations with adjustments made in GastroPlus to study the drug-drug interaction commonly seen stated in sites such as LexiDrug and Micromedex.
